Updated The Cooperative Bank UMI servicing calculator to V5.7
Added and updated the Kiwibank UMI servicing calculator (V48). We have also included the Kāinga Ora version to be downloaded.

Fixed an issue with removing contacts from company profiles.
Fixed several inconsistencies between the formatting in the SOA editor and the final downloaded PDF.
