How Long does it take on average, for an email to appear in Trail?
The system will take around 30 minutes to do a scanning of all mailboxes in Trail - which mean every emails being sent or received in the last 30 mins should land in Trail
It is important to note that for newly connected email integrations these processes might take longer due to the initial 7-year record scanner running (more on this above "When you first connect").
Which Emails can Trail pick up?
Trail can only pick up emails that are:
Actively inside your Inbox
Archived
Filed into an active Email folder (created or default)
Trail does NOT scan emails in your:
Deleted Folder
Spam Folder
Drafts Folder
Therefore if you're wondering why an email you recieved from a client is not showing up in Trail, one of the reasons could be that you DELETED the email before Trail has had a chance to scan it and pull a copy into the client's profile.
