Two ways:

Paste directly into the chat input — Vamos detects the URL and processes it.
Click the 🔗 icon → paste into the popup → send.

The target attribute isn't needed — all links Vamos opens in Canvas outputs open in new tabs by default.

Limitations across all platforms

Private accounts: Not accessible.
Region-restricted content: May not load.
Stories: Not supported.
Live streams: Not supported (transcripts only available after the live ends and is saved as a video).
Images on posts: Captions only — image content is not visually analyzed yet.
