In the WhatsApp API, a carousel is not a visual slider like on Instagram. Instead, it's a list of cards (Product Messages or List Messages), each containing:
A thumbnail image
A title (up to 60 characters)
A description (up to 500 characters)
For each product card (via Meta Product Catalog or custom template):
Image format: square (1:1)
Recommended size: at least 600 x 600 px, ideally 800 x 800 px
Max file size: 5 MB
Format: JPEG or PNG
⚠️ If using a Meta catalog, ensure all images are square to avoid automatic cropping.
