How long does delivery take?

Updated over 4 months ago

The delivery time depends on whether you have already placed an order or are still browsing our products.

📌 If you have not placed an order yet

Each product page in our online shop displays the estimated delivery time:

🔹 Items in stock

For all available items, the delivery time is shown in working days.

🔹 Items not in stock

If an item is currently unavailable, the product page will automatically display an extended, approximate delivery time — either:

  • as a weekly estimate (e.g. “Delivery time: 4–6 weeks”), or

  • with a specific date when the item is expected back in stock (e.g. “Available from: 12/03/2025”).

These dates are approximate and based on up-to-date information from our global suppliers and logistics partners. We update them regularly.

📌 If you have already placed an order

You will find the exact delivery time in your Order Confirmation Email, sent to the email address used during checkout.

You can track your delivery at any time:

➡️ In your customer account:

My Account → My Orders → Track Delivery

➡️ Or via the Helpcenter:

We will also send regular updates via email or SMS (where available).

Please also check your spam/junk folder.

⚠️ Important note regarding Prepayment / Bank Transfer

If you choose prepayment, your order will only be dispatched after your bank transfer has arrived and been booked in our system.

  • Bank transfers typically take 1–3 working days to reach us.

  • Dispatch is only possible once the payment has been successfully allocated.

To avoid delays, always enter your order number in the payment reference.

Even if you have just made the transfer, please note that it may take 1–3 working days before your payment is received and processed.

If your order is urgent

We recommend a faster payment method such as:

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

  • Instant payment / Mondu (where available)

These methods are processed immediately, allowing us to dispatch your order without delay.

📌 Other factors that may affect delivery times

  • Public holidays and weekends

  • High parcel or freight volume

  • Delays due to missing customer responses (e.g. for delivery scheduling)

  • Weather-related delays

  • Heavy-load or pallet shipments requiring manual scheduling

Deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. UK, Switzerland, Norway)

Additional time is required for:

  • Customs clearance

  • Payment of import VAT/duties by the customer

The carrier will only deliver after all import charges have been paid.

Please monitor your email inbox for messages from the carrier.

Ensure that you are reachable by phone and email so that the carrier can coordinate the delivery with you smoothly.
