When you review your cart, there is a checkbox next to each item that you can use to allow your personal shopper to choose substitutions. Additionally, there is a checkbox at the top of the review cart page that will allow substitutions for all products in your cart. You can also add a note for your personal shopper on this page.

If you have chosen to allow substitutions, our personal shoppers will do their best to find an alternative for any items that are unavailable. If you are unsatisfied with any substitutions, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-553-2324 or 1-866-620-0216 (Indianapolis customers) for assistance.
