There may be times where the balance on your card may seem incorrect, or is missing transactions. Do not panic! Often this is caused by pre-authorizations.

If the balance on your Visa Incentive Card seems incorrect, make sure to keep an eye on your balance regularly, as pre-authorized transactions can hold funds temporarily and are not shown on the balance page.

After 10 days, if a purchase hasn't been approved or the funds haven't been returned, be sure to get in touch with Giftbit at cardsupport@giftbit.com for assistance.
