Information on credit cards, wire transfer, bank transfer, ACH, EFT

There are three different options available for funding your Giftbit Account:

Credit Cards 💳

Giftbit accepts the following credit cards for adding credits to a Giftbit account

  • USA: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club

  • Canada: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

A 3.5% fee applies to credit card payments.

Wire, Bank Transfer, ACH, EFT 🏦

Giftbit does not apply any additional fees to bank transfers.

When sending a Wire Transfer include a note on the transfer that includes your Giftbit username (Email).

​Giftbit Recommends: Allowing 2-5 business days for processing, if the funding has not been applied after this time period contact finance@giftbit.com

🇺🇸 Bank Transfer Details (USA)

  • The following Instructions are for American funds only:

  • Beneficiary Name: Giftbit, Corp.

  • ⚠️ Important: include a note on the transfer with your Giftbit username (the account where the credits should be deposited).

🇨🇦 Bank Transfer Details (Canada)

  • The following Instructions are for Canadian funds only:

  • Bank: Bank of Montreal

  • Transit: 00120

  • Institution: 001

  • Account: 1994419

  • SWIFT: BOFMCAM2

  • Beneficiary Name: Giftbit Inc.

  • ⚠️ Important: include a note on the transfer with your Giftbit username (the account where the credits should be deposited).

  1. On the drop-down menu on the left-hand side select Account

  2. Click the Wire Transfer Information button

  3. Select desired currency

Direct Debit ➡️

🇺🇸 Direct Debit is currently only available for USD Funding

Direct Debit is a hassle-free payment option for your Giftbit account that securely links to your bank, facilitating withdrawals of specified amounts. This method offers two convenient options for payments:

  1. One-time Payments: Initiate a payment whenever you need to make a one-off transaction by instructing the Giftbit team accordingly.

  2. Auto-Withdrawal: Set up automatic withdrawals when your account reaches a predefined threshold, streamlining your payment process.

Who Can Sign Up?

Direct Debit is available for accounts funding for USD sending.

How to Get Set Up

To enable Direct Debit for your Giftbit account, you need to complete a contract. Contact our support team (support@giftbit.com), your Sales Representative, or your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) to initiate the setup process.

The contract is necessary for Giftbit to withdraw from your account, nevertheless, your account still has access to all benefits; no minimums or subscription fees.

Processing times

The timeline for processing Direct Debit payments, from the moment of withdrawal to posting in your account, is comparable to wire transfers. Anticipate a processing window of approximately 5-7 business days.

Funding Global Rewards 🌏

For sending global rewards, you will need to set a default currency for your Giftbit account. Instructions on setting that up can be found here.
