In order to send rewards, your Giftbit account will need funds to fulfill the rewards that you are sending. There are three different options available for funding your Giftbit Account:
💡If you are sending rewards outside of USA and Canada, you will need to set up a default currency or fund your account by wire. Giftbit offers wire options for USD, CAD, GBP, EURO, AUD, and MXN currently. Further info can be found here.
Credit Cards 💳
Giftbit accepts the following credit cards for adding credits to a Giftbit account
USA: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club
Canada: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
A 3.5% fee applies to credit card payments.
Credit card funding can take place at the same time as placing an order!
Wire, Bank Transfer, ACH, EFT 🏦
Giftbit does not apply any additional fees to bank transfers.
When sending a Wire Transfer include a note on the transfer that includes your Giftbit username (Email).
Giftbit Recommends: Allowing 2-5 business days for processing, if the funding has not been applied after this time period contact finance@giftbit.com

Direct Debit is available for accounts funding for USD sending.
How to Get Set Up
To enable Direct Debit for your Giftbit account, you need to complete a contract. Contact our support team (support@giftbit.com), your Sales Representative, or your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) to initiate the setup process.
The contract is necessary for Giftbit to withdraw from your account, nevertheless, your account still has access to all benefits; no minimums or subscription fees.
Processing times
The timeline for processing Direct Debit payments, from the moment of withdrawal to posting in your account, is comparable to wire transfers. Anticipate a processing window of approximately 5-7 business days.
⛔ PayPal is not an accepted form of payment with Giftbit.
