If you feel you no longer need your Giftbit account, you can reach out to our support team to have your account closed. There are steps you will want to follow before making that request.
Account Closure Steps
Pull any reports you need from the system. Your data will not be accessible once the account is closed.
Confirm there are no active promotional rewards on your account.
If there are still active promotional rewards that have a claim by date, Giftbit will not be able to close your account until it is claimed, or cancelled.
Reach out to support@giftbit.com to have your account closed.
Once those steps are complete, the Giftbit team will confirm with you how to process a refund of any remaining credits, and then close the account down once completed.
💡If you plan to send again in the future but uncertain of when, feel free to ask for a refund of your credits and keep your Giftbit account open!
