If the page is not loading or showing up blank, try the below options:
Try an alternative web browser
Giftbit does not support Internet Explorer
Right-click on Claim Card or Select Gift button & copy the link. Open a web browser and paste the link rather than clicking the link to open.
Try Another Device
If you are using a work computer, settings on your device may be blocking you from accessing your reward.
Error Message
If you are getting an error message, it is possible the retailer is having a temporary service interruption. Try giving your redemption a try at another time.
