If you click on the Claim Card or Select Gift button in your email and the next page takes too long to load, or appears to be blank, try switching to a web browser.
If the page still won't open, right click on the Claim Card or Select Gift button, copy the address, then open your web browser and paste the link into the address bar. If the page doesn't open, try once more in a different web browser.
If you see an error message appear, it may mean that the retailer is experiencing a temporary service interruption. If this happens you may need to retry the process at a later time.
If you see any other error message or the offer appears to be stuck in processing status for a prolonged period of time, please contact the sender.
