What to do if you notice transactions that are not yours, or you want to dispute for a service/project you did not receive.

  1. Confirm the purchase is listed under transaction history by visiting giftbit.com/balance

  2. Contact the merchant to inquire about a refund.

    • If the merchant is unable to assist, proceed to Step #2

  3. Email cardsupport@giftbit.com with the following details

    • Retailer Name

    • Purchase Amount*

    • Phone number & zip code used to claim the Visa Incentive Card.

*Visa requires each dispute charge to be over $25 and less than 60 days old
