Orders in Giftbit will go out to recipients (or your email in the case of Giftbit links) as soon as the order process is completed and funds applied. There are cases though where orders may end up in a pending status for review.
Most commonly a pending order is due to there not being available funds. Funding your account by credit card or wire will result in the pending order being released. If you create an order and the credit card used is declined, orders will end up in this status.
First time orders with Giftbit will often sit in pending until the Giftbit team has a chance to review. This is a requirement of our vendors and if we have additional questions, our team will reach out. Orders can also end up in pending for additional reasons that may need our team to review.
The Giftbit team is monitoring any orders that fall into pending status and often rewards will make their way out without need to reach out. If rewards are sitting in pending for longer than 30 minutes, reach out through the live chat or to support@giftbit.com and our team will take a look.
