Funds cannot be transferred off the card to services like Venmo, Paypal and Zelle. Funds can be loaded to merchant specific apps allowing you to use those funds with that merchant.
I made a mistake with my address, can I change it?

If you suspect fraud or your card information has been stolen, you will need to reach out to Cardholder Services. You can file the dispute directly from the card detail page. Can I use my card to pay at the pump for gas?
This depends on whether the gas station accepts mobile wallets at the pump and whether the station puts a pre-authorization hold on the card. The pre-auth amount can be upwards of $75. Best practice is to visit the cashier and prepay for an exact amount. Some stations may allow you to enter a preset dollar amount at the pump and then tap your mobile wallet. Make sure the balance due at the gas station is not higher than the available balance on the card.
Can I use the card at restaurants or for food delivery?
Absolutely! Keep in mind that many restaurants place a pre-authorization hold on the card to account for tip adjustments. The pre-auth amount can be upwards of $100. Check in advance with the restaurant to confirm whether they can accept two forms of payment or charge an exact amount on your card. Alternatively, the card can likely be used on the restaurant's website for pre-order, take-out, or delivery. They also work seamlessly with delivery apps like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and SkipTheDishes.

Service providers with bill pay or monthly plans are typically looking for a credit card or debit card that they can register to the account and use for subsequent payments. If you do not claim your card within that time frame, a virtual prepaid card will be generated for you, which will be accessible through the original payment email link.
