To start sending the new Virtual Prepaid Mastercard, your company is required to complete a KYB form for partner approval. Once submitted, the card issuer will take up to 10 business days to review your form.

Giftbit and our card issuer are required to request, verify, and record certain identifying information concerning who/how/where Mastercards will be distributed to comply with various laws and regulations that apply to prepaid cards.
