With various amounts of rewards being sent, often you will want to pull information out of Giftbit to check spending, redeemed gifts and totals for your recipients over the course of the year.

Report Types

In Giftbit, there are three types of reports you can pull:

  • Operations Report:
The Operations Report provides details and stats on gifts that were sent, cancelled, expired and undeliverable. Great for insights on the health of your rewards program!

๐Ÿ’ก TIP: View the bottom of your report for a history of the individual offers sent within the specified dates.

  • Financial Report:
This report is all about the financial activity within your account. From the value of gifts sent during a period to any funding that took place for your Giftbit account to balance at the start of end of the reporting period.
