Your Giftogram will arrive via text from our official number:

888-874-0354 (Used for both U.S. and Canada)

Click the Redemption Link

Tap the link in your message (e.g., redeem.giftogram.com/123xyzuniqueurl) to open your personalized reward page.

From there, you'll browse from a wide selection of popular gift cards and complete checkout to have your gift card delivered instantly via email or shown directly in your browser.

Redeem Before It Expires

Your Giftogram link is valid for 12 months from the day you receive it. Be sure to redeem it before then!

Didn’t Get the Text or Need It Resent?

If your message didn't come through or you accidentally deleted it:

  • Your sender can resend the Giftogram.

  • It may be delivered again via SMS or email, depending on how your information was provided.

Opting Out of SMS

Don’t want to receive Giftograms by text?

  • Reply STOP to any Giftogram message.

  • You’ll see:
    You have successfully opted out of receiving future rewards through Giftogram. To receive future rewards via SMS, text back “START”.

Changed your mind?

  • Simply reply START to opt back in.
