Redeem Before It Expires
Your Giftogram link is valid for 12 months from the day you receive it. Be sure to redeem it before then!
Didn’t Get the Text or Need It Resent?
If your message didn't come through or you accidentally deleted it:
Your sender can resend the Giftogram.
It may be delivered again via SMS or email, depending on how your information was provided.

Q: What if I reported a Giftogram message as junk on my phone?
A: If you marked the message as junk, it can't be recovered. You’ll need to contact your sender to resend it.
Q: Can I receive both SMS and email for the same reward?
A: Not by default. You’ll receive it through the delivery method your sender selected.
Q: Can I use this if I’m outside the U.S. or Canada?
A: Currently, SMS delivery is only supported for phone numbers in the U.S. and Canada.
