To set your PIN, please visit www.getmybalance.com. From the home screen select "Create Account"
Next, fill in all the required information:
Once you've submitted your information, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please click on the link in the email to activate your account. The confirmation email will be coming fromclientsupportsupervisors@storefinancial.com.
Once your account has been successfully created, please log back in and select "My Cards" at the top.
Next, click "Add a Card"
A pop-up will appear to add your card number and 6-digit security code.
Once your card has been successfully added, click the drop-down under "Actions" and select "View"
Next, select "Set PIN"
A pop-up screen will appear to set your 4-digit PIN.
Once entered, click "Save" and your PIN has been set!
