When we created the PMS & Hormone Balance Blend, we had PMOS in mind every step of the way. We made sure to include a blend of nutrients that research shows can be especially helpful in managing symptoms. The four most researched nutrients for PMOS - Magnesium, Zinc, Inositol, and Vitamin D - are all part of the formula, and here's why we included them:
Inositol: Supports PMOS by promoting regular ovulation, which helps maintain cycle regularity.
Zinc: Has anti-androgenic properties, which can help lower testosterone levels. It’s also great for cystic acne since it helps regulate sebum production and is anti-inflammatory.
Magnesium & Vitamin D: These are both nutrients that tend to be deficient in those with PMOS. They’re important for supporting mood, energy levels, and easing painful periods.
That said, we know PMOS can look different for each woman, and while these nutrients can be helpful, everyone’s experience is unique.
