Updated over a month ago

We hope you never need this, but we want you to be prepared just in case.

If you're ever involved in an accident while delivering whether a vehicle accident or any other injury on the job your safety comes first.

Step 1: Get to safety If it's an emergency, call 911 right away.

Step 2: Get medical help if needed Even if the injury seems minor, it's always okay to get checked out by a medical professional.

Step 3: Report it to GigSafe ASAP As soon as you're able, submit a report using this short form: πŸ‘‰ https://gigsafeclaims.paperform.co/

Once submitted, our team will receive it and follow up within 24 hours (usually much sooner).

A few helpful tips while at the scene (if you're able):

  • πŸ“· Take photos of the scene, vehicles, and any visible damage

  • πŸ‘€ If there are witnesses, get a name and phone number

  • πŸš” If police respond, get the report number

  • πŸ“ Write down what happened while it's still fresh
