As a leader in the ICM space, we're always looking to enhance ourselves with new technology and features to ensure that you can automate sales incentives/commissions calculations at scale, motivate sellers and make data-driven decisions with real-time insights.

Here are the latest updates on Compass:

  1. View complex cascading structures on the frontend:

We can now view and keep track of all the complex cascading structures on the admin web side in Compass. Earlier it was cumbersome to track it offline and led to misrepresentation of metrics across this structure.

The cascading structure is visible in Plans->View Cascading.
Each of the plans in the structure is clickable and opens the transactions associated with that particular plan.
This helps reduce the time taken to review errors associated with cascading structures.

  2. View the live status of event or plan processing:

Admins often make changes to the plans or clients’ make changes to the data in which case plans are reprocessed from the backend and admins want to be able to check the status logs for the same for timely and accurate tracking.

    Benefits for admins:

    • to see the campaign processing time , status, failures, success, last updated at one go for all the campaigns active for the particular company.

    • This will help to reduce the manual effort to look at each campaign to know the status and help reducing the time taken for validation.

  3. Transition to Spark Backend:

Transitioning the backend technology to "Spark" as a framework for big data processing, aiming to reduce processing/calculation time and enhance system

    stability.

  4. Multiview Metric usage improvement:

Provision to use aggregate variables across multiple connections. Earlier aggregate variables created across connections could not be used to perform any operations across views. This will reduce the number of metrics created and help in quicker creation of plans.

  5. Mobile App Enhancement:

Launch of mobile app with enhanced UI/UX improvements and upgraded backend technology for increased speed and robustness.

    Upcoming Features:

    1. Custom defined filters and reports.
    2. Data Comparison and Drilldown of KPIs.
    3. Power Query Builder.
