Learn about the different elements that a user can see once they open the Compass App.

Dashboard

Once users log in to the Compass app, they can see extensive elements that provide insights into their performance, earnings, achievements, and more.

Plans

If the user wants to understand the plans he’s been assigned to, he can go to the plans tab and check the current plans in progress, upcoming plans, and plans that have ended.

Leaderboard

The user will have a gamified sales experience where they can see who is on top of the leaderboard across plans. This promotes a competitive culture among the team.

Groups

Users can join groups to ensure they stay up to date with the updates and changes in the IC structure.

The user can find the group that they have been included in, and they can also join the groups which have open access.

Estimator

The organization can enable the reps to calculate their future earnings through an estimator. The user needs to fill in the relevant KPIs set by the admin who created the estimator, which allows them to forecast their future earnings.

Feedback

The users can share their feedback about the new incentive or commission plans that were completed by filling out the survey run by the plan admins. They can rate the questions and add comments as well.

Escalations

Users can raise queries about miscalculations in their commission or incentive calculations in the app itself. This helps them replace the chaotic communication in the email threads.
