How to sign up for Giig and log in for the first time

Getting your Giig account up and running takes a few minutes, here's exactly what to expect.

Signing up is quick, we ask a few questions along the way so Giig can tailor itself to how your agency actually works, but there's no faff, no credit card needed to get started, and you'll be in your account in a couple of minutes.

Signing up

  1. Head to the Giig website and click Sign Up, top right of the homepage

  2. Enter your email address and create a password

  3. Tick to agree to the terms and conditions

  4. Hit Register

šŸ’” Pro tip: your password needs to be at least 9 characters, include 1 special character, and include 1 number. Giig will tell you live which of these you've hit, so you'll know before you hit Register.

You'll also need to agree to the terms and conditions, there's a link right next to the checkbox if you want to give them a read first.

Telling us about your agency

Once you've registered, you'll land on a short 3-part setup wizard: Your Agency, About You, and Final Bits. Here's what's in each.

1. Your Agency

  1. Enter your company name

  2. Select the size of your agency (Solo, 2-4 People, 5-10 People, or 10+ People)

  3. Select your growth plans for the year

  4. Enter the primary market you recruit for

  5. Click Next

2. About You

  1. Enter your first and last name

  2. Select your role inside the agency (Owner/Director, Manager, Consultant, or Operations/Admin)

  3. Select your location

  4. Click Next

3. Final Bits

  1. Tell us how you currently manage your data (Spreadsheet, A Different ATS/CRM, or Nothing)

  2. Enter your biggest priority right now

  3. Select the features you're interested in, you can pick more than one

  4. Tell us how you heard about us

  5. Click Let's Go!

šŸ’” Pro tip: answer these honestly rather than rushing through, Giig uses them to steer what it shows you first, so the more accurate they are, the more relevant your account will feel from day one.

Choosing your plan

  1. Pick a billing cycle, Annual (save up to 17%) or Monthly

  2. Choose a plan: Giig Starter, Giig Plus, Giig AI, or hit Continue For Free if you're not ready to subscribe yet

šŸ’” Pro tip: not ready to commit? Hit Continue For Free, you can always upgrade later from inside your account.

You're in

Once you've picked a plan, you'll land straight in your Giig dashboard. You'll see a welcome popup offering a guided tour of the platform, click Get Started to take it, or Skip Tour if you'd rather dive in yourself.

Logging back in

  1. Head to the Giig website and click Sign In, top nav next to Sign Up

  2. Enter the email and password you created when you signed up

  3. Click Login

Forgot your password?

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot Password?, bottom left

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Click Email Me A Link

  4. Check your inbox, the email will take you straight through to reset your password
