What do I do if the Gimi Card is lost or stolen?

If your child thinks they lost the card or you suspect it's stolen, block the card. Go to: Card -> Card settings -> Turn off "Card is active". If you find it, you can unblock it again. If you can't find it, keep it blocked and contact us for a replacement.
