Creating a Space requires Enterprise, with at least Edit permissions.
Create a Space
On Home, set the view dropdown to Spaces. Click the New space tile.
Search the map for a location. For Spaces, typically a city, county, or council name is great. Drop a pin on the map to set the Space's location.
Name your Space, and add a description if you'd like.
Click "create space" to create your Space.
Other ways to create a Space
You can also start a new Space from the top bar. Both of these open the same Location and Name steps as creating a Space from Home.
The main menu: New > New Space.
The project switcher in the top bar: + New Space.

Once your Space is open, add data layers, filter the portfolio, and add apps. See Edit a Space for how.
