Nudging a parcel's usage or a building's height shouldn't mean digging through a full properties panel every time. When you select one or more geometries, a bar of quick properties appears above the map. Edit the properties you'll change most often, without opening the full properties palette.
What's in it
A usage dropdown, to change what the selected geometry represents.
A button to reset a property back to its usage's default.
Fill color and stroke color swatches.
For buildings: Height, Floor to Floor, and Levels.
For a group: a rename field, plus Group and Ungroup buttons.
While editing vertices on a flow-generated shape: a toggle between its vertices and its handles.
A button to clear any properties you've added that aren't part of the usage.
When it appears
It shows automatically once you select one or more geometries. It also appears before you've drawn anything: turn on Remember properties with a draw tool active, and it lets you set values ahead of time for the next shape you draw.
Hide it
From the top bar, choose Tools, then choose Hide Context Bar.
For the full set of properties on a geometry, including custom ones, use the properties palette.
