Spreadsheet is open to every license tier, and it comes included in Giraffe's default project templates, so many projects already have it added. If your project does not, add it from the App Library like any other app.

The app is mounted to your current panel in the project layout.

Click the Spreadsheet icon in the app selector to open it. Every workbook you build is saved into the project, so it opens with whatever anyone on the project last left in it.
