Publish a Space to show a portfolio of sites to investors, lenders, or partners who don't have a Giraffe account. Publishing creates a public web link. The link shows the projects you pick as 3D models and boundaries on the map, along with the property values you choose to include.
🚨 Warning: Anyone with the link can see everything in the published Space, including its layers and the property values you include. They don't need a Giraffe account.
Who can publish a Space
Publishing a Space is part of the Enterprise tier. To publish a Space, you need:
Admin permission on the Space.
Admin permission on each project you want to include.
Giraffe leaves out any selected project you aren't an Admin of. A message tells you how many of the selected projects will be included.

Select the projects you want to include.
Click Publish Selected in the bottom bar of the Data Table. The button is a map pin icon with a share arrow.

Create a public link for a Space
After you click Publish Selected in the Data Table, the Publish space window opens. Set up the new link under Create new version.
Choose your settings:
Open lens on load: turn this on to show the Data Table when someone opens the link.
Skip generating previously generated 3d models: turn this on to reuse 3D models from an earlier publish. This makes publishing faster.
Include all properties: this is on by default. Turn it off to pick specific workspace properties in Choose properties to include. This controls which workspace property values will be visible in the public link.
Enter a Version name. This name appears at the end of the link.
Click Generate public URL.
Giraffe builds a 3D model for each selected project and shows the progress of each one. When it finishes, a message shows how many models were published. The new version appears under Existing versions.
You can create as many versions of a published Space as you need.
A published Space only includes project properties that your workspace allows guests to view.
What a published Space shows
A published Space shows:
The Space's own layers and layouts.
A 3D model of each selected project.
The boundary of each selected project.
The property values you chose to include.
The link shows only the projects you selected. It doesn't include the full contents of each project.
A published Space is a snapshot. Changes you make to the Space or its projects after publishing don't appear at the link until you republish it.
Copy or open the link to a published Space
Each published version of a Space is listed under Existing versions in the Publish space window.
