See where every deal stands at a glance. The Pipeline shows your projects as cards on a board, with one column for each stage or status.

Working with the Pipeline
Use the Pipeline to see every deal in your Space on one board, so you always know which sites are being screened, which are under offer, and which have gone quiet. Group projects by stage, status, or any other field, and move a project forward as soon as it changes. Check the board at the start of each week to spot the deals that need your attention and keep your whole team working from the same picture.
Move a project to another stage
Drag a card to another column. Sites updates that field on the project in Giraffe, so your whole team sees the change. The card shows saving… until the change is saved.
Spot cold deals
A Cold badge appears on a project with no movement in 30 days or more. Movement means a stage change, an update to the project, or its creation. Click Cold only to show only cold projects.
Open a project from the Pipeline
Click a card, or select it and press Enter or Space, to open the project's details. The map zooms to the project. Click Open ↗ on a card to open the project in Giraffe.
Filter the Pipeline
Type in Filter… to search cards by name. For more control, click Filter to open the Filter projects panel.
Click + Add filter.
Choose a field, an operator, and a value.
Add more filters if you need them. A project must match every filter to appear.
The operators are equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain, greater than, less than, is empty, and is not empty. Click Clear all to remove every filter.
Show all projects or match the map filter
When the Space's Portfolio Layer has a filter, a bar above the board shows how many projects match. Click Show all to show every project in the Space. Click Match map filter to show only the matching projects.
Sort Pipeline cards
Click ⋮ on a column to sort its cards. Choose Default order, Name, Last modified, or any number field. Type in Search sort fields… to find one.
Each column keeps its own sort. Cards are sorted by Last modified, newest first, until you pick a different sort.
Cards can't be dragged into a custom order inside a column. A column is always sorted, so dragging a card only moves it to another stage.
Sort, reorder, and hide Pipeline columns
Drag a column's grip to reorder the columns.
Click ⋮ on a column to sort its cards by name, last modified date, or any number field.
Click × on a column to hide it. Hidden columns are listed in the Hidden bar. Click Show all to bring them back.
Hiding a column also hides those projects on the map.
Set up your Pipeline Board
Click Board settings to change how the board looks.
Group by: the field that sets the columns.
Color by: colours cards by a field. Number fields use a gradient. Other fields use a palette.
Tag: a field shown as a highlighted chip on each card.
Total (sum): adds up a number field for each column, such as total land value.
Show on cards: the fields each card shows.
Group colors: click a colour swatch to change a column's colour.
Show cold-deal flags: shows or hides the Cold badge.
Board settings save for everyone who uses Sites in the Space.
