Stay on top of due diligence across every deal. Keep a running record of each deal in notes, add tasks with due dates, and see every task across your Space on the Tasks tab.
Sites is in beta. Have feedback? We'd love to hear it.
Notes and tasks are available on the Enterprise plan.
Add a note to a project
Use notes to keep a running record of a deal, such as calls with the agent or feedback from council. Open the project's details, type in Leave a note…, and press Enter or click Add note. Press Shift + Enter to add a new line.
Notes save to the project, so your team sees them. The newest note shows first, with the time it was added. Click Delete under a note to remove it.
Tasks in Sites
Use tasks to communicate and delegate work.
Add a task to a project
Open the project's details and type in Add a task… to add a task to the project.
Click Tomorrow, Next week, or Next month to set a due date, or click Pick a date. Click the chosen date again to clear it.
Tag a task with @
Type @ and a word anywhere in a task to tag it, such as "Order title search @legal" or "Call the agent @sam." Use a tag for a person, a team, or a topic.
Tags ignore capital letters, so @Legal and @legal are the same tag.
Email addresses don't count as tags.
Search for a tag on the Tasks tab to see every task with that tag across your projects.
Tagging labels a task for searching. It doesn't notify the person you tag.
@ tags work in tasks only. An @ in a note stays as plain text.
View tasks in Sites
Open the Tasks tab. The header counts overdue tasks, tasks due today, open tasks, and done tasks.
Choose Open, Done, or All to switch which tasks show. Sites shows open tasks by default.
Update a task
Tick a task to mark it done. Untick it to reopen it.
Click the due date chip to set or change the due date.
Click the delete icon to remove the task.
Click the project name to open that project's details.
Every change saves to the project in Giraffe, so your team sees it.
Sort tasks
Sort by Due date, Recently added, or Project. Done tasks always sort to the bottom.
Search tasks and @tags
Type in Search tasks or @tags… to find tasks. Every word you type must match.
Type @ and the start of a tag, such as @ro, to find tasks tagged @roads or @roofing.
Type @ on its own to find every tagged task.
Click tags in the tag list to show tasks with all of those tags.
