What is a Land Use?
Land use focuses on the activities and arrangements people make on the land. It does not represent intended built form; rather, it represents large planning areas of intended use. Often, land use usages will cover multiple parcels and be used to graphically represent large-scale planning decisions.
Land Use Type Properties:
Height (usually to show intended "max height" of the zoned area
Jobs (for calculating job creation)
Site Coverage Ratio (intended target for planning)
Floor Space Ratio (intended target for planning)
