Member Permissions

Give members different access levels

The workspace member permissions determine what a member can do, workspace-wide. Assign permissions to members when you invite them.

These permissions re the baseline. Project-level permissions can give particular members greater permissions within that project (i.e., if a member has Edit workspace permissions, but Audit project permissions, they have full audit access to that project).

Admin

  • Manage members

  • Manage teams

  • Manage workspace settings

  • Manage workspace property definitions

  • Manage all projects in the workspace (create, view, edit, share, delete) (in audit mode)

  • Manage all spaces in the workspace (create, view, edit, share, delete) (in audit mode)

  • Manage templates (create, view, edit, share, delete, provision) (in audit mode)

  • Manage workspace data layers (create, edit, share, delete - vector, raster, or api)

  • Set default project & space apps

  • Share any content with entire workspace

Edit

  • Create projects.

  • Manage projects they create (share, edit, delete)

  • Create spaces.

  • Manage spaces they create.

  • Set favorite space & favorite workspace

  • Create new data layers (vector, raster, or api)

  • Manage layers they create.

  • Share content with individuals or teams they are a member of.

View

  • View Projects

  • View Spaces

Guest

  • View Spaces

  • View limited information about projects
