Group multiple geometries to make it easier to work with multiples

Group multiple geometries to move and manipulate all as one object.

To create a group:

Select multiple objects

Click “Group” in the top left OR use hotkey ctrl + G

Give the group a name in the top left

To Ungroup, click the button in the top left of the properties palette or use hotkey ctrl + shift + G

To move a group

Select any geometry within the group

All geometries are selected

Move as you would a single geometry, including using Basepoint Move or Basepoint Rotate

To edit a group

Double click on any geometry in the group

This enters group edit mode.

The feature tools are shown in dark blue in group edit mode

Edit individual geometries within the group

Click off the group to end group edit mode
