Establishing Fidelity Omnibus Accounts

We offer the ability to add custom omnibus accounts for investing your client's DAF accounts.

This is only offered for contracted deals: white label and enterprise. This is not an option for the branded experience.

Complete the new account paperwork within the Fidelity DTE Tool

      1. ONLY ADD THIS NUMBER IF TIFIN IS MANAGING THE OMNIBUS ACCOUNTS. DO NOT ADD IF YOUR FIRM IS MANAGING THE POOLS

**Send all documents to Robert Bales (robert.bales@giveclear.org) via Fidelity DocuSign for signature

Notify the Support Team

  • Once the account's have been opened, contact the Give Support Team at care@tifingive.com to notify them of the new accounts, and provide the schedule 1 details (attached to this article)

    • The schedule 1 details are required by GiveClear. As the owner of the assets GiveClear has investment oversight responsibility and these details are reviewed on a quarterly basis by the GiveClear Investment Committee.

  • Once you have the new account number, please share that with the Give support team as we will need it to complete the set up on our end

Complete the Advent Authorization Letter

The only time this would be required is if you're opening an advisor managed account with a new custodian. Here is the list of custodians that do not require an advent authorization form:

  • Fidelity

  • Schwab

  • Pershing

  • AssetMark
