Bulk Attestations

If you've recently moved your existing DAF, and have several recurring grants-then read this article! Instead of setting up and approving your recurring grants one-by-one, you can do this in bulk.

  1. Reach out to the TIFIN Give Support team at care@tifingive.com to let them know you'd like to set up several recurring grants. Include the following information in an excel file:

    • Charity Name

    • Charity Address

    • Start and end date of recurring grant

    • The Total Amount of the Recurring Grant

    • Any grant notes you want to include (purpose of gift, local chapter information, etc.)

  2. The TIFIN Give Support team will reply back via email once your recurring grants have successfully been added to your Pending Attestations and are ready for your approval.

  3. To approve the grants, click on the Give tab > View Grant History > click on the Pending Attestations tab

  4. Click the pencil icon to edit the recurring grant:

  5. Toggle on/off the recurring grants with the check marks > once you've chosen the recurring grants you'd like to approve click the Approve attestation for approving the recurring grants.
