Frequently Asked Questions
Can donors enter to win multiple prizes in the same Raffle?
Yes, when you enable prize-specific entries, donors can purchase separate entries for multiple prizes. They choose exactly which prizes they want to enter to win, giving them more control over their experience.
How do bonus entries work with prize-specific Raffle entries?
Bonus entries are distributed proportionally based on how many entries a donor purchased for each prize. For example, if they buy 10 entries for one prize and 20 for another, bonus entries will be split in that same 1:2 ratio.
What’s the minimum entry level for Tip Model pricing Raffles with prize-specific entries?
The lowest entry level for any prize must offer a minimum of 10 entries. This ensures the system can offer at least one extra entry per tip when donors contribute through Tip model pricing.
What’s the difference between prize-specific entries and entries for any prize?
Prize-specific entries let donors choose exactly which prizes they want to win, while entries for any prize give them a chance to win any of the available prizes. You can choose which option works best for your Raffle fundraiser.
