How do I add multiple users to my Chariot account?

The easy steps to adding multiple admins to a Chariot account

Multiple admin users is a feature supported in Chariot's Professional and Enterprise subscription plans. You can find complete information on feature availability by subscription tier by filling out a pricing request form here under the "Professional and Enterprise" tab.

Once multiple users are enabled on your account, adding a additional verified user is easy.

Step 1:

  • Navigate to the "Account" tab within your Chariot dashboard

  • Select "Organization"

  • Scroll down to the "Team Members" section

  • Click "Invite"

Note: If you're hoping to transfer account ownership from your email to another team member's, make sure to invite the other user and have them accept your invitation before deleting your own email. Once they become an "Active" team member within your dashboard, you can then go ahead and remove your email address if you wish.

Step 2:

  • Type in the email address of the team member you want to invite

  • Click "Send"

Note: The invited user will be marked as "Pending" until they accept your invitation. Once they've accepted, they'll be marked as "Active".

Step 3:

  • After you invite your team member(s) to join your dashboard, they should receive an email from Chariot with instructions on how to get access to your organization's account!

Removing users or updating user status: If you want to deactivate a team member within your Chariot dashboard, only the Primary Account Owner has permission to do so. To update or change the Primary Account Owner on your account, reach out to support@chariot.com for assistance.
