When creating your Chariot account, make sure to sign up with your organization's domain name in the email address. This will help us verify your nonprofit.

If you create a Chariot account and forget the password, resetting your password is easy. Simply click "Forgot Password?" as seen in the image below, after which you'll be asked to input your email.

You'll receive an email from "support@givechariot.com" the subject line: "Reset Your Password". Click the "reset your password here" in that email to finish the password reset. Make sure to check your spam folder for the email if you don't see it in your inbox.
