PDF Receipts
This new feature provides PDF snapshots of all transactions including refunds in a downloadable format. You now have the option to include PDF receipts of transactions in a confirmation email and archive them for auditing purpose or for Canadian charitable receipts. When the Archive Receipts option is enabled, a PDF receipt will be generated, attached to the confirmation email, and archived as part of the donation/registration details.
Archiving the PDFs on the GiveGab Enterprise platform allows you to maintain PDF histories of transactions in the GiveGab Enterprise database for future reference. When a new receipt is issued because of a refund or an adjustment, that copy will also be archived providing a PDF trail of transactions.
