Recently Released (July 2016): The participant fundraising commitment center is now fully-mobile responsive and it is EASY to enable your campaigns to use the mobile-responsive commitment center for your peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
Below are the steps to take to enable this functionality.
Login to the GiveGab Enterprise admin
Select the campaign(s) you wish to enable this for
Go to Widgets > Scroll to the Commitment Center widget > Click Edit
Under the details section at the top > Click edit to open up the popup configuration window
You will see a dropdown option to enable the Responsive layout
Save!

If you enable this, you can expect your forms to look something like this (on an iPhone, for example):
