Any changes made outside of GiveGab Enterprise (such as a voided transaction at the payment gateway) will need to be reported to GiveGab Enterprise via finance@givegab.com. You can cancel the transaction by searching for the donor's name, email, or transaction result code. Once GiveGab Enterprise returns the proper search result, click on the donor's name to access the transaction record. On the left-hand side, you'll see a button that will allow you to cancel this transaction. Note that canceling is not the same thing as refunding the transaction. Since you've already voided the transaction at the payment gateway, refunding will only result in an error. However, canceling the transaction will tell GiveGab Enterprise not to report the transaction on reports generated about the form, or the campaign where the form resides. Letting our accounting department know via the above email will ensure that your organization is not billed for a portion of the transaction. Depending on your organization's agreement, this may or may not affect your billing, but proper accounting practices will ensure continued billing accuracy from GiveGab Enterprise.
