Step 1: Navigate to the Form You Are Editing

From your GiveGab Enterprise instance, click "Form List" under the Campaign Management tab to view all of your forms.

Once you find a list of all of your forms, select the name of the form that you need to edit.

Step 2: Edit the Form Details

On the form, click on "Form Details" as highlighted below. This will take you to a screen where you can make changes to the information on the form.

On the next page, click "Edit" under Donation Form Details, found on the right-hand side of the page. This will open the Edit Form Details dialog box.

Step 3: Adding the Image

You'll see a field marked "Header," Along with an editing toolbar. Along the editing toolbar, you'll see two buttons which will enable you to add an image: the Insert/Edit Image button (which looks like a small tree) and the HTML button.

The Insert/Edit Image button allows you to add a link to the image you'd like to use from a webpage or FTP. Notice that you can constrain the image size and other properties in this dialog, as well.

The HTML button allows you to add embed code or other html to access images, as well as other types of content, such as YouTube videos.

Once you're done adding the image to the form either via the image uploader or through HTML, click save and you're all set!
