Thanks for the inquiry. You can certainly run a full export of data after a certain date. Please follow the steps below and let me know if you have any questions. I believe the best type of report you need is a form answers report.

  1. Login to your GiveGab Enterprise account and click on the Data Management tab.

  2. Click the new report icon on the left hand side.

  3. You will want to select form answer report and then also the default report.

  4. You should now see the option to pull from a certain campaign and form. Select any campaign and then form you wish to pull data from. (Once we create the report, we will go back in and add all campaigns). Lets go ahead and leave the date as all time for now as well and then click continue.

  5. You should now be brought to a defaulted template for your report. In the first section go ahead and click the add forms icon. If you scroll to the very top, you should see "All campaigns". By adding this, it will pull in all the data that has been submitted on a form within the account.

  6. The second section should have the defaulted columns for your report ( what data will appear). If there are columns on here that don't apply to you, you can simply remove them by clicking on the red X. If you are looking to add columns, I would select the add column icon on the top right of this section. Here you will see the different types of categories and specific columns you can pull data from. For example, if you need the billing address, I would select add column, switch the category to Money, and then add in address line 1, address line 2, etc.

  7. Once you have formatted the report to your needs, scroll to the third section and click add filter. You will then want to select the category date and time and the column as date. For the criteria, you can then go in and set this based off of the exact timeframe of data you need.

  8. On the left hand side you will see different options for this report. First, make sure you save the report. If you would like to see the data inside the account, you can simply click run report or if you would like it to download into an excel file, click the download icon.
