You can change the settings in the 'Goal Personalization' tab of the Commitment Center Widgets. The Commitment Center Widget is located in the 'Widgets' tab.

See the image below. Right now you are allowing changes to be made with a $500.00 minimum. So advocates can raise their goal to any amount as long as its above $500.00.
