1. Login to your GiveGab Enterprise account and navigate to the search bar on the top right corner. This allows you to search for the individual by name, email or confirmation code. 

2. You will then be brought to the search results page. If it pulls up multiple transactions, you will want to make sure and click on the name that is associated with the form the individual registered on. 

If you would like to cancel the registration, which will not process a refund but remove it from reporting continue with this step:

3. Once you click on the name, you should then see the individuals answer records. On the left hand side you will want to select the icon "cancel registration".Once you have done this, the individuals registration will be cancelled!
