Once you have navigated to the specific form you would like to edit, you can then click on the donation levels or Registration type tab, depending on what type of form it is. Then scroll to the 4th section labeled "Payment Settings". 

Clicking the edit icon will allow you to set your installment plans. Make sure you check the "auto renewal".
