This is can be accomplished through the Data Management section of the GiveGab Enterprise Control Panel.

In this example, we have a form which contains a multiple choice question. A donor can choose which organization will receive the donation amount. We'll assign reporting codes to these organizations.

Click on the Data Management within the GiveGab Enterprise Control Panel.

While under the Data Management tab, you can either create a new Form Answers report, or choose an existing Form Answers report from your saved reports list under the Report Definition tab.

In this example, we'll be editing an existing report, so click on the "Add column" from the Report Definition tab.

Note: This is only available through the Form Answers report, this information will not appear if you are attempting to create it on a Financial Transactions report.

Choose the options as shown below. Select "Answer Records" for the category; "Donation Choice" for Answer Store; and "Value" for Detail.

In order to create a reporting code for each answer choice - in this case our organizations - click on "Add Transformation". I’ve entered reporting codes for each organization: OrgA, OrgB, and OrgC. These reporting codes will now replace the Organization Name within this column. Finally, enter a name for the new column in "Column Header", and click "Save".
