Only the types of questions that do *not* support associated fees (ex. Text, Instructions, Acknowledgement) can be added to the Payment Details section, i.e. directly above the payment information fields like Credit Card Number. This is a preventative measure since the Payment Details section is only displayed to a user when a fee has been set prior to that section on the form (via donation amount, registration type, question based fee). This exception allows the form to accurately calculate the 'Show Total' tally of fees and display it to the donor/registrant and prevents the donor/registrant from being surprised.

If the Global Question your trying to add is one of those limited question types that does *not* support a fee and it is still not able to be added to the Payment Details section, please email the Support team (enterprise-support@givegab.com) with the Specific Organization Name, Campaign Name, Form Name an Global Question name so they can investigate further.
