It is important to note that you cannot completely disable a campaign unless you delete it, which we do not advise.

If you would like to "disable" the campaign so forms no longer render or appear on websites they are embedded on, you'll need to go through and disable the forms of the campaign individually, and then follow the below steps to hide/archive a campaign for your specific user account:

1. Within the platform, click on the main Organization tab:

2. From there, click on "Campaign List:"

3. This will bring you to your list of campaigns where you can Hide or Archive the campaign for your specific user account. To Hide the campaign, click on the Hide button on the right-hand side for the campaign:

4. If you've successfully hidden the campaign, you can scroll down to the Not Shown list at the bottom of the page and see the campaign listed there:

5. Additionally, you will no longer see the campaign appear in your campaign dropdown menu under Campaign Management:
