GiveGab Enterprise has introduced a new *optional* field for the Payment Details section of a form called "Name on Card."

If you would like to include this new optional field on your forms for donors to provide a separate "Name on Card," please see instructions below!

At the form-level, go to the Form Questions tab where the Payment Details Section lives:

By default, this field is toggled off so "Name on Card" does not appear on the form:

In order to display the field, click the gear button for "Name on Card" so it says, "Display 'Name on Card' Field":

Now when you look at the form preview, you will see a new field populate within Payment Details specifically for "Name on Card":

Within Reporting, we have 3 columns under the Money Category for Name. Full Name, First Name, Last Name.

By default, the "Name on Card" field is toggled off so donors will fill out the form as normal with their First Name and Last Name within the "Your Information" section of the form:

Within Reporting, Full Name will be the combination of the First Name and Last Name provided on the form:

If your team decides to toggle the "Name on Card" field on, the donor will fill out their First Name and Last Name in the "Your Information" section AND provide their "Name on Card" within the "Payment Details" section of the form:

Now within Reporting Full Name will actually display the information submitted as the "Name on Card" field, while First Name and Last Name will display the information submitted as the First Name and Last Name within the "Your Information" section:

You still have the ability to edit the column headers and can change the "Full Name" header to reflect "Name on Card," if your team chooses to utilize this new field:
